I highly recommend Dr. Prousi very professional, attentive, really cares for his patiens and makes you feel at ease, explains very well and his staff is friendly, welcoming, very clean facility, you feel safe and know your in good hands by far one of my best experiences with dentists. I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted and my surgery was great I'm recovering very quickly, the attentiveness of the whole staff was amazing felt very comfortable and shows how professional and experienced Dr. Prousi and his staff are. He even gave me a call later on for follow-up to make sure i was ok and if i had any questions or issues to call him... yes! him Dr. Prousi, personally not a staff member.... Overall i highly recommend.

He performed a flawless procedure on my daughter and followed up in a timely manner to check on her - a modern doctor with old-fashioned values. His staff are at the top of their game. I was very nervous to have a wisdom tooth removed, but the staff was professional and Dr. Proust was very gentle. He let me know everything that he was about to do. I don't look forward to having any teeth removed again, but the process was quick and most of all, painless.

My experience with Prousi Oral & Facial surgery could not have been better. They were able to fit me in for an emergency consultation the same morning I called them with concerns about my wisdom teeth. Scheduling my procedure was very easy. Dr. Prousi answered all of my questions and did everything he could to put my mind at ease before my wisdom tooth removal. The day of my surgery, the nurses and staff were extremely kind. I have a terrible fear of dentists and surgery, but everyone helped me relax before my procedure. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff made all the difference. The experience from beginning to end was invaluable. My surgeon originally suggested that I reconsider having my procedure done in order for my cold symptoms to completely clear. He explained my health was more important than putting my body through additional stress post procedure. I successfully had 4 wisdom teeth extracted after rescheduling, which I had put off for quite some time. Dr. Prousi was personable, honest, professional, and compassionate. He and his staff are a rare find. Thank you so much for a great experience. And just to add, he personally reached out following the surgery to be sure I was doing well. Had a great experience with Dr. Prousi and the whole staff, and highly recommend them! I had been pushing off getting my wisdom teeth out so I was nervous about finally getting it done, but it ended up being much easier than expected. I don't remember a thing from the procedure, and recovery hasn't been as bad as I anticipated. I'm on day 4 of recovery and feeling great. If I need any other work done in the future I will definitely return to this office!
