Our son had all four wisdom teeth removed at one time. Dr. Prousi is simply wonderful. His office is very comfortable and accommodating. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He is honest, meticulous, careful and precise. His staff is caring and comforting - we dealt with Kamie, Heather and Janette. Dr. Prousi gave us specific instructions after the surgery as well as his personal cell number in case we needed him outside of his open office hours. He advised us to come in for a follow-up visit to check that all was healing well – and there is no extra charge for this follow-up appointment. He called after his office closed on the same day as the surgery to check up on our son to make sure he was okay and to ask if we had any additional questions that we had not thought of before we left after the surgery that morning. Following his instructions in detail, our son had barely any swelling or discoloration and was at least half way back to normal (if not more than that) by the third day after the surgery. As oral surgeons go, Dr. Prousi is second to none and he is most certainly worth traveling any distance to be taken care of by him and his staff.
