Dr. Prousi and his entire staff was very efficient from beginning to end of my tooth extraction procedure. They were courteous an knowledgeable. Dr. Prousi showed lots of compassion for my painful plight. His team moved in swiftly and completed the job quickly. I have experienced very little post-extraction pain and a clear set of post-op instructions. Dr. Prousi gave me a few good pieces of advice about my oral and physical health in general. I would say he performed like a complete doctor by going beyond my immediate situation.

Dr. Prousi did a very good job on a very hard tooth removal. He also saw me on a emergency basis. He also worked quickly once you are in the chair and makes sure you do not have pain! I recommend him highly.

My experience throughout has been excellent between the customer service provided by the staff at the desk (check in and out and explanation of benefits). Through the friendliness and knowledgeable explanation from the provider, all the way thru the day of the procedure and follow up phone call. I am truly amazed at the individual attention provided by everyone. You have truly made this experience less anxiety provoking and one of a calming experience.
